Today we start our P is for pizza unit. Last week we did the letter P, but we continued on this week to do some exciting units.
Today March 8th we will are having our pizza party. Children will be learning the following about pizza:
* We have been discussing healthy foods and food groups, so today we are able to put it all together
pepperoni- meat group
Cheese- milk group
Sauce- Vegtable group
Crust- Bread group
Read the book "Pizza Book"
Sing the song "I wish I were a "pepperoni pizza"
Down around the corner in the pizza shop felt board activity
* Make home made pizzas
